Adore-a-Pup allows you as an artist to have full control over your shop with us. Using our shop manager, you can track your sales, add products, edit existing products, and delete products. While our shop manager is rather intuitive, there are some specific guidelines to follow when adding prints.

1 First select Shop Manager after logging in to get to where all your data is. From here, hover over Products and click on Add New.

2 On the Add Product screen, leave all checkboxes blank and set the price as $0. There will be print size variations that will override that. For Short Description, we recommend putting in the commissioner/character credits and the main description to list whatever you want like on InkBunny. For Categories, select Prints and tags type in tags separated by commas. Make sure to include species, gender, and anything else appropriate.

3 Now to add the art! Click the image icon on the top right and select a web preview file. Try to keep the file around 1280 pixels on the longest side. Once selected, confirm the upload.

4 Scroll down to where you get to the Print File section. This is for the high-resolution image goes and you can upload any file up to 256 MB. We prefer PNG, TIFF, PSD, or CLIP files. For non-PNGs, you can zip them to make them smaller.

Now click on Submit for Review.

5 Click on the Products tab to see the list of items in Pending. Once it’s been put on your site, it will show as Published. At this point, you can share the link to it.
